When I lived in Atlanta I had a neighbor that frequently rode her bicycle. She obviously was battling cellulite, and was noticing it reducing from cycling because she told me, “It (cellulite) will burn.”
I thought this was a great article, circulation seems to be a key factor so massage, exercise, and hot/cold changes appear to help, as do certain creams.
I’ve been seeing a lot of these products online and in stores so it seems like getting those areas hotter while working out is supposed to help with the cellulite.
Exercise, is supposed to help this. Ive got some on my legs and moving around, drinking water can aid this.
I have got to know about this most defintely because I have just recently started getting cellulite and gosh I don’t like getting older and seeing all the imperfections on myself now
