πŸ—ž Skin creams linked to deaths in fires

This reminds me of that thread a while back from the silk pillow case discussion where the topic of how frequently to wash linens came up: Silk pillowcases?

Seriously though, how long are these people going without washing their sheets? And are cosmetics really to blame here, or the fact these people were smoking in bed? Kind of a clickbait headline if you ask me.

:fire: Non-smoker cosmetics users concerned about spontaneous combustion - Beware!

Seriously though, wash your sheets people! And vote in this anonymous poll:

How often do you wash your linens?

  • Couple of times per week
  • Once per week
  • Couple of times per month
  • Once per month
  • Oh gosh, I’ve got to change some habits

Oh God, that’s scary.

It makes sense because paraffin is used to make candles.

Never considered this, but I am not aware of using any products with paraffin in them. I wash my sheets a couple times a month, but when I was with someone it was more like once a week or more because he would sweat a lot at night.
